How do I clean my Porte + Hall mat?
Maintenance is simple. For daily debris, a quick shake or vacuum will do. For deeper cleans, most of our mats can be rinsed with a hose and mild detergent, then left to air dry completely.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Are your mats safe for all floor types?
Yes, our mats are designed with floor-friendly backings that are safe for hardwood, tile, and laminate. They are engineered to stay in place without the use of harsh adhesives that could damage finishes.
Do you offer international shipping?
