We want you to love your home's first impression as much as we do. If your Porte + Hall purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different style.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. Securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
